In his specific case, he switched to coffee from monster energy drinks. Its a much healthier alternative. Hes also quiting tobacco and marijuana at the same time. He is much healthier in the choice to drink coffee than he was a week ago.

The carcinogen he's talking about i can only find bout it bein in cheap lowquality coffee so i cant speak on that but with the fertilizers and bug repellents commercial farmers use, I'm sure hes right. But literally all food is contaminated in that aspect.

I've gone periods without drinking coffee with no noticeable difference. I have to stick to one cup a day because of the addictive factor. With a single cup theres no headache on non coffee days. With proper hygiene the odors/yellowing isnt an issue.

I think the benefits outweigh the negatives. But thats a personal choice you have to make for yourself.

Add the weight row, i just meant not to weigh yourself daily since your weight fluctuates naturally. Just weight once a week. Add a starting weight too so you can see progress.
