I think the best term to use in this case is "instant payment(s)" or "instantly available"
Chromebooks actually work offline in more ways than you think, many websites work offline now and modern Chromebooks can use Android apps now which work offline. Some even run Linux apps.
As a programmer, I might one day work in a group of programmers in an organization that might look like a cooperative. Low overhead and all "surplus" / profits are distributed evenly.

As much as I love Bitcoin Cashers, we really need incentives for the mainstream to adopt tech like Memo, so that it's not just a BCH-ingroup. Pay-to-post is still a hard sell when other platforms are free.
