mkay, so the bandwidth usage is shifted from block propagation to mempool syncing; it would be interesting to find out how many fewer bytes get communicated in no-DS attempt scenario.
Its more about spreading the workload. Instead of getting a whole block and validating it ASAP before passing it on, you create the block over time and just send the PoW proof at end
Instead of minig on the block they will be deciding on what should be in a block. What a waste of time.
It is a way to keep mempools in sync. That way when a block is mined the whole big block doesn't need to be sent to everyone. Instead you basically just need to send the proof of work.
ABC is already too far gone. Avalanche, IMO, is going to slow them down. Bitcoin for the world? Dream on Roger!
Avalanche makes the chain more secure and prevents double spending. Something BSV will continue to have problems with. BCH will be the first coin to be adopted. Mark it.
Friendly reminder to everyone to make all your Amazon purchases through purse.io and pay with Bitcoin Cash. Save 15% - 30% on your order each time and help spread adoption of BCH.
Seems everyone on ABC side forgot that we all wanted to have Bitcoin used by EVERYONE, that includes governments also, and that we want to scale on-chain only and not have shitcoins, etc.
Govs *can* use it. as is like everyone else. why do they deserve special treatment? They don’t have a great track record of managing money…
Actually you did because your side now wants to keep BCH anarchist only and be anti government. Bitcoin is not anti government, its anti central banks. So you are wrong yet again.
Bending over every time you think the gov might have a passing thought about regulation is a ridiculous expectation. You’ll end up here
He will say anything he thinks can bring him power. He is a predator and a psychopath.
Roger Ver has done more for crypto than just about anyone but Satoshi or Gavin,,, He is an awesome person and may be selfishly working, but at least he is working.
All roger did was buy a bunch of bitcoins at $1. Thats it.
Roger gave away more bitcoins than most of us will ever own. Would you agree he has given away more bitcoin than you own?? he has me beat for sure and I have a lot of coins.
