It all still feels to me like a spazmodic meth head talking to himself while drinking twice vomited boxed wine.

I've done some research - looks like folks have found a good way to do what I'm thinking without using geometry nodes. The results are pretty good, too. So, I'll be exploring that method a bit.

I don't see how they transition from what Twetch is today into something where it's not the people on the platform who are the value proposition, but maybe they've got something up their sleeves.
NFTs aren't it, I'll tell you that, though.
With three healthy sub-cultures, Twetch will become something far greater than it is today, and past that point, they'd have to work to stifle their user base in order to reverse that course (see also, Twitter, Facebook, etc. with censorship, etc.)
With two distinct cultures, this creates room for those cultures to interact, which is the seed for new kinds of interactions to form, and it lowers the barriers to the development of a third sub-culture.
Over time, homogenization will diminish this way.
A few factors.
First, awareness. Awareness of what I would call fostering a culture, as well as the implications of that.
Second, existing following. If many follow @45927 to Twetch, it will create a real sub-culture in Twetch.
PDF --> EPub conversions are notoriously bad.
PDF is just too broad of a standard to make such conversions a simple process.
But if that's what you're stuck with, Calibre is probably your best tool for the job.
