BCH is not about individual devs ranting for egos - It is about major secure business requirements and development for long time perspective.
Bitcoin has started bottom up - it is time now, to create proper top down adoption.
Systems need to work stable all time - BCM is needed and governance. Forks are poison!

e.g. Banks needs mature hardware + trading systems, shops needs POS, transport logistics, internet MoneyButton intergration support,.... all need pre sales, PoC, support
One of the first strict unpolitical open document we need to scientifically derive (!) is an assessment of systems, a PoC, that should finally point to BCH (IMO).
We need industrial scaling, software, hw tools and education for easy use and industry deployment. COTS & consulting - pre sales and integration management - big style!
BCH is the approach to reach out for the world > there is no way around for proper solutions in any of its fields. Miners have done a lot, but we miss many things !!
