I love this mug! Yes, they're all different medicinal fungi. Most mushroom extract powders contain myceliated grain which makes them less effective. Mine's just the extract and raw organic cacao powder. It's awesome in coffee, cocoa, chai tea & smoothies!
Today is a good day to have a good day🍄🌞 This cup of awesome has a spoonful of mushroom extract powder I make w the fruiting bodies of wild foraged reishi, chaga, turkey tail, lion's mane & maitake. Made w cacao powder, no myceliated grain or fillers🍄💖
My dogs love these as is. But you can also mix the extract with some unsalted plain bone broth before freezing if your pup doesnt like them. They'll love them then surely. These fungi are amazing for the health & vitality of your pets as well as you!😍🍄💖
🍄Medicinal mushroom dog treats. Make a water extraction of chaga, turkey tail & reishi mushrooms by simmering dried specimens in water for a few hours. Strain & pour into ice cube trays, freeze. If your dog likes ice cubes that is. My dogs love them!🍄💖

Here in the US it's time to start planning your spring gardens. Food sovereignty is really important in times like these. We'll be starting some seedlings w LED lights soon. And next week the kids will be incubating some chicken eggs to add to our flock 💖
Ganoderma Tsuga (REISHI) is one of my fav fungi. Called the mushroom of immortality. It's great for immune support and overall health. Helps you relax & helps w anxiety. Also helps fatigue & stamina. Grows on Hemlock in summer. Dry for teas or extracts🍄💖
