I partly agree. For us, 0.3p is nothing. For someone else, it could be a significant part of their daily wage. 0-conf is more important, but some tx should be free.

why are lower fee limits either 1sat/byte or 0sat? why not 1sat/tx? or is that possible too?
sat/byte is a common ratio most wallets use, but it can be any, like sat/kb, sat/MB, sat/10bytes. Anything.
