I didn't realised it will get such traction. The posts above and below wrote clearly it's PoC of scam and something needs to be done. The tips will be tipped to the real @memo
Coin is a wonderful carrot; just be sure that you're reinforcing the behavior you wish to see when hanging it out there. Reinforcing spammy behavior will result in more of the same.
I wouldn't expect many people to tip spammy or trolly posts, but it's fine for that kind of content to be posted if our goal is to max out a block. More positive content = more tipping
I’ve been a BTC supporter for a long time, but can no longer endure the hatred displayed against BCH and all people wanting to make the world a better place. I’m done! From this point forward, it’s all BCH !!!
I would love to see an optional secondary tip field for media memos. When I post a video I'd like to give viewers a way to tip the content creator directly, not just the curator.
Should we be worried about a 51% attack on BCH? Please elaborate your answer:)
No
There is 100% no reason to worry because the people who make SHA-256 ASICS which secure BTC publicly support BCH over it. They would notice and act against any attack rapidly. 😎
I find myself checking out profiles that tip me, so maybe in the future people will "pay for follows" with targeted tips? Which also means they have to post good content. Memo > Twitter on so many levels.
Coitexted my granddaughter 10 bucks. 30 min. including a lesson and we now have 4 new users. A cellphone in a 13 yr old's hand is a powerful tool for adoption.
Couldn't agree more! I actually did an article on an idea I had for using this "powerful tool" to hopefully go viral https://bit.ly/2rpE0T1
@eric ! Someone connected with bitcoin.com needs to get the page https://free.bitcoin.com/ adjusted to gradually replace twitter with the proper alternative: https://memo.cash
