I always run without music too. I enjoy zoning out on the sound of the rhythm of my breath. Great when the birds are chirping too. Running is meditative for me.
100% the same for me, but only outside. I ended up running on the treadmill yesterday, was watching Gordon Ramsay's 24 Hours to Hell and Back :).
