I am looking for the ability to create Topics that act like "Paid Support" channels. There are also other use cases.
Can we have Topics that enforce (by UI) certain constraints on the tx? Eg, min-tx-fee or a minimum donation txout to specific address, etc?

What does the BTC transactions traffic represent? Are they mostly inter-exchange transfers or something else? If they are inter-exchange transfers, confirmation times must be painful to the trades. What else is it?

With canonical-ordering, can we precompute all possible Merkle hashes for txs in mempool? Is space complexity okay? Can we strip out non-coinbase txs from block propagation, if miners reject blocks with non-p2p txs?
