It would lead to reduced trade due to a lack of confidence in agreement, without improved technological edifices to support and protect those engaging in contracts

the state is useful to the extent it can reduce barriers in trade by increasing confidence in trade over a geographic area; but even without the state you can rest assured I will uphold the law, and to the extent there are systems that remove trust like
