The company / employee relationship is a model of the past when for the first time, by nature of people owning BitCoin, there are talents in society working to promote products like RelayX. Our marketing dollars will instead go towards this work directly.
Paying fixed USD wages in BitCoin currency is still in many ways a form of staking. The next step is to turn every project into its own goal oriented mini joint venture. Companies like 21e8, Twetch, TonicPow are bright examples of this operating model.
RelayX from the beginning has demanded our team be paid entirely in BitCoin which was highly controversial to some. This has worked very well to date in saving the company administration costs and aligning mission. But this doesn't go far enough.
I am humbled and overwhelmed really to see the various independent artists who have made Youtube tutorials and Blogs and Tweets promoting and supporting RelayX, Float, and more. Even more so for the many bugs found.
