Also looks like I broke myself again. Seems custom OP_RETURN transactions wont get counted by the site, so your UTXOs get de-sync'd

The S in ECDSA stands for Signature. While yes, there are private and public keys involved, using it as an encryption method is kinda a hack.

Just which parts have to get sent over the network to *represent* a block.

Please dont. Use proper encryption. ECDSA wasn't designed for that.
