That probably indicates you are making sensible choices. I once suspected I had food allergies and limited my diet to only fresh fruits, veggies and meats. I ate as much as I wanted and still lost 50lbs in 6 months. From 200lbs to 150lbs

Oh yea! That was nice. I’ve watched Some of Mikes full sets. He’s incredibly talented and doesn’t seem to have any sour notes on his guitar at all.
That was crazy to watch. It looked like it was sped up but I’m sure it wasn’t. Kind of aggressive too.
I will check it out. I enjoy playing along with jazz, trying to do runs like the pros. I used to find it to random and abstract until I discovered Pat Martino. Now I listen a little more carefully and look for the moments of greatness.
