I use AirVPN with super tigher lock.. i check ipleak.net regularly looks good. I think memo cash is using a ddos proteciotn that might block some of my actions... ?

I figured out what the issue is with memo. It doesn't lke VPN's, it blocks it. Without VPN I can use it fine.
