Let's migrate the heart and soul of the BCH blockchain to #Memo. It works great and is growing.
Works great as a Twitter clone, not a Reddit clone. Plus we lose all of the organic users discovering BCH via Reddit, which should not be underestimated.
These moderators who have no power in real life, online they play the game of the oligarch... the only solution is to use platform like Memo where not moderator, no group, none can tell you what to do. Anarchism!
I have to wonder though: does this model scale? We're starting to see the downsides of unbridled bot spammers. Imagine at Twitter's size. How do we maintain the best of both worlds?
I designed this Bitcoin Cash #BuiltForBusiness 'Super Brochure' highlighting how easy it can be to start accepting #BCH. Free to Share & Distribute

Memo is simple and functional, but not especially pretty. What if we crowdfunded a professional website and branding overhaul? A visually appealing site + mobile app would bring in users. Thoughts?
I have.
You asked
bigger - by number of transactions
better - by comparing nodes
faster - by improving on discovered bottlenecks.
You have not answered my questions because I still find myself asking HOW you will achieve this. How will the number of tx be higher? How will nodes be faster? Remove bottlenecks HOW?
Its a simple way to interact with the op_return data without having to reinvent the wheel like memo and blockpress had to when they made their platforms.
Right. But what day-to-day usecases will The Average Joe have with such a database? What is its potential for BCH adoption?
oyo.cash was build in just few days by a single person with basic JS knowledge. When people wake up to what bitdb is capable of, the BCH ecosystem will explode.
What else is BitDB capable of? Oyo isn't a Google-killer but it's definitely neat.
I'd like to try to organize 10-20 of us Memo users to get a few "exposure" topics voted to the top of r/CC. The purpose would be to expose misinformation about Bitcoin Cash.
The bots, however, are the biggest problem in that sub. Posting a pro-BCH post will result in instant downvotes and a wave of trolls bombarding the post.
I hope that miners just start 51% attacking minority chains. I want this to get serious. We are running out of time to scale up txn volume and take over from block subsidy
