Inflation isn't an effect, it is the cause. The money supply gets inflated and the effect is purchasing power eventually decreases.
If coins can be moved with a court order, how will miners determine which court orders to enforce? What if orders from different jurisdictions contradict? E.g. the current war between the west and Russia would almost certainly result in conflicting orders.

BTC is currently at height 695,500 and is expected to reach block 700,000 in about a month.
One thing humans are great at is recognizing strengths in others and copying them or often improving them.
The concept of intellectual property is the antithesis of this.
