Well. I was going to post a how to about making sourdough starter. But I cant shorten the directions enough to fit in the maximum post allowances. When I started making sourdough I used a blog called the clever carrot. So check them out for the how to!🥖💖
Twetch is pretty cool but definitely takes some getting used to. Yesterday I commented twice & left the comments in the wrong threads. Also I mispelled something & didnt notice until after I published the post! I'll be more careful from here on out haha 💖
Sourdough waffles this morning made with discard! We LOVE sourdough in this house, bread, rolls, pizza, bagels, pancakes and waffles! Sourdough starter is easy to make and awesome because you dont beed to add commercial yeasts. I'll post a how to later 💖
Lions mane is one of our favorite to eat! I like to make "crab" cakes with it. A friend of ours grows it. I also take tincture I made with wild harvested. It's super good for your brain and nervous system 💖
Thank you! We'll definitely keep that all in mind moving forward! I haven't done a lot of cultivating. I'm certified in toxicology, identification and foraging of mushrooms. But I do aspire to cultivate more in the future🌞
Definitely! I haven't done much cultivating. I do a lot of foraging fungi and plants. I'm state certified in mushroom toxicology, identification and foraging. But some day I want a grow room, too🍄💖
Woohoo thanks for interacting with my posts guys! Now I have $ to brag about my kids' project 😆 Oyster mushrooms are so easy to cultivate. This is the start of the 2nd fruiting of their block. These will be ready to eat in about 2 - 3 days. #growyourown ❤
Did you know chaga has the highest ORAC value of any food? ORAC=Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity. It contains a huge dose of polysaccharides that support the immune system, regulate your cholesterol and blood sugar and shows huge anticancer potential🍄💖
