Is this something perhaps only for a few bank locations? If the limit is imposed on every postal bank in France, wouldn't it just add fuel to the Yellow Vest popular anger?
Also, isn't there some constitutional crisis this creates? It seems strange that the government can ask for "proof of expenditure".
In France the government controls suggestions on the media, which sets guidelines to think about on the 20 national channels including TnT network, some loop the news that allows good brainwashing... Goal > They try to discredit the people's revolt by trivializing it, the trials of violence, terrorism, fear, all the means diverge week after week by the emergence of new things. In the meantime, the laws and amendments on freedoms pass by themselves without anyone reacting, sometimes voted on in the middle of the night in a three-quarter empty Chamber, where Members of Parliament who are useless regulate the code of conduct of citizens while they themselves are in no way eminent righteousness, act in a network of poxed people and above all economically very expensive to maintain, all these charades are adopted and tolerated in the name of security and worse in the name of france !
