The anarchist is dead, long live the anarchist. Seems to me that libertarians that want to buy up private land and make their own rich playground are the royal anarchists.
They of course have strict border controls, you need to have the coin to get residency, but other than that it functions much like a sort of capital-gains funded commune.
I mean, most people have strict "border controls" on their private property, you lock your house door right? but businesses are welcoming (if you buy something or just loitering at Starbucks lol)
Much like people, anarchist communities will go through cycles of opening and closing, expanding and contracting like living breathing beings.
