but second paragraph, “Anarchists disavow control. They yearn for an absence of domination via absence of government.”
& which kind of anarch are you talking about?
The sort of anarchy that has no form of governance at all, perhaps something like forest monks living in solitude. That is the closest example I can get.
As soon as there is more than one person there will be some level of conflict, just because of differences in preferences, and when person number 2-3-4 joins in there will be governance.
As long as one participates in the governance volunatrily, governance can coexist with anarchist principles.
you can agree to something without a government being there, and governance is not government
Having a problem with hierarchies is having a problem with nature.
depends on the anarchist but some are happy with free market hierarchies, some dont want any hierarchies, some want just communist hierarchies.
as yoonski & Majia Goria said, hierarchies are fine outside government context.
i'm fine with hierarchies, just not artificial, military imposed, pillage funded hierarchies.
not keen on comics & haven't heard of Grant Morrison before. but somehow randomly read Arkham Asylum. lol liked the art.
Love thinking about similarities between evolution, free market, nature.
Love Ayn Rand’s books (of course she was minarchist). Ghost in the Shell, Matrix, ideas of Jean Baudrillard, Jorge Luis Borges’ books, hosue of leaves, David Foster Wallace.
