From what I understand, BCH has the ability to grow into a full graph as the network is reorganized over time. The cause of this reorganization is POW mining.
Thus the statement "BCH is a full graph" is true, as we are clearly in development days. There is a sizable block reward still.
Cult of Craig is a misnomer. It's the cult of the full graph they want to distract you from.
This is the most important idea in BCH today. People need to understand how the network works.
Miners need to actively manage their connections and strategies in order to stay within the highly connected network core.
