We need more authors on blogs to debunk the Twitter and Blogger FUD. Guys like StopAndDecrypt and WhalePanda need a counter argument? Would help weed-out FUD bloggers.
BTC guys put up a good techical blog and the average joe would go along. But Bitcoin Cash guys are pretty honest I think they are more truthful.
I'm confused by all this FUD. I mean Roger and Jihan are probably mostly honest. BTC guys have them to pegged as "frauds" and boggeymen
My vision is to abolish Fiat and Brick and Mortar Banks. P2P crypto system + Virutal Banking System.
Why Brick and Mortar banks in particular?
because them storing crypto seems unrealistic and these banks have been hacked via internet too easily.
A better encrypted system is needed to stop ID theft.
Interesting part about Crypto is that you only need to put your money in once, crypto can be trade freely on crypto/only exchanges or just directly with services that exchange on the fly.
Not to long ago it was possible to buy Bitcoin with bank transfer without ID checks, but the last year it seems that KYC is mandatory.
CryptoShoppe, so you're looking for a source to read & clear up FUD for yourself or you want to make one to help others clear up FUD?
Both I want to know the truth so I know which bloggers are fibbers. The real story on Segwit, Schnorrs, is CSW really the bad guy or fasley accused?
CSW is accused of stealing Bitcoin from David Kleman, Reissused Collectors Book, Claiming to own a Yatch he doesn't have, Lawsuits ect.
Bitcoin ABC consirpacy theory, deadalnix is lone developer.
hmm. generally, discussions on e-celebrities are shill threads (they divide otherwise united people by focusing on people’s character or opinion on topics, not the topics themselves).
I dont think you’re a shill, just that its not a productive thing to focus on. Easier to cut FUD by focusing on differences in tech (pro/cons to larger blocks, fungibility, censorship)
Agree with your argument about not focusing on the people and characters, it is just that our minds are fine tuned to what other apes are doing in the jungle, not the structure of the trees.
Yeah we should focus on tech, as most people who personal attack people are ether grabbing for straws or have beef with the said person and might be very biased.
I think that anyone interested in tech will tend towards the nuts and bolts of papers and code, not improvised conversations in short form messages.
The need that we are covering here is not the thirst for technical knowledge but a place to connect with other people.
agree, it's not something we can turn off. just recognize when were focusing on people or their opinions instead of forming our own.
I can tell when I have formed my own opinions because they are extremely offensive to just about anyone, so I should appreciate they process instead of the ultimate outcome of others.
