XLM processes transactions in 5 seconds or less.
I know we are a BCH community but do you think Bitcoin Cash will switch to FBA within next 10 years if miners are not powerful enough to process transaction load quick enough?
like if 25% of world (in future) uses BCH, then we would need tons more ASIC Miners?
Guess no need to worry now, just curious of FBA is a good governance system. Sounds far better then EOS 21 BlockProducer overlords and Emperior Dan.
Heard XLM and XRP are immutiable (unlike EOS).
Are you trying to sell us on block times? I can process a million to if I have control of the network (like XRP). This defeats the purpose, doesn't it?
Just curious as to why FBA is far faster in TPS and block times then PoW. Does this mean FBA > PoW? or is FBA too centralized?
I'm really interessted too about other consensus systems, but I have a lot to read before giving any opinion.
I won't claim to understand much about FBA, but from what I do, it seems too centralized. Ultimately relying on relatively few central (and known) validators.
