memo was neutral when bch/bsv split, which bsv people didn't like politically, also practically speaking it made here full of noise from the bch users, and then it shut down for a while from how much data is on the chain now knocking it over, so everyone forgot about it
or maybe we are all death idk that does sound like a reasonable theory
