Starting a topic for a blockchain app idea that I believe can exist on Memo as-is, which is to establish evidence on the blockchain of any idea, in support of patent claim.
I propose that patent claimants start a thread on their original idea being claimed, to further define and describe it, rather than additional posts in the topic. See my first post as example
I don't understand too much about patents, but if you post in memo about a idea, don't you risk to be patented by someone else before than you? Maybe you could publish the hash of the idea...
Part of a patent being granted with force of law behind it is evidence of first use. So posting an idea on the blockchain is a way of establishing that evidence with an irrefutable timestamp
And yes, publishing a hash of the idea is a good idea as well
