Do any services that facilitate these kinds of transactions currently exist? If not what is preventing it?
haven't heard of any. guess the challenge would be convincing utilities/whoever to accept BCH?
if the service exchanges BCH for dollars at the time of sale there might be regulatory hurdles (eg tax calculation)
