abstract is essentially this: the recipient proactively scans the blockchain for encrypted messages thereby defeating metadata analysis – ie can't see who's talking to who.
Why not just open a standard p2p encrypted communication channel between two people who follow each other? You just have a separate p2p app with a pub username linked to memo account
