Seems like a good payment option for my WooCommerce store. Faster payments, better tech then BTC or ETH. Probably one of the few coins that can scale like BCH can. Thoughts?

XRP? Why not just use PayPal? Or Google Pay? It's just another centralized online payment platform.
XRP is very legit as long as ripple has more interests in keeping their company alive than selling everything. Like bitconnect for exemple.
agree with your game theory set up, ripple has some measurable incentive (XRP market price) to stay honest, but I dont think it will work long term, thus I wouldn't call it very legit.
I think bitconnect wanted to keep the money train alive too but at some point reality caught up.

Isn't XLM a fork of XRP? Fork meaning a software fork, no a chain fork AFAIK.
