ABC already has the best scaling. It is why I choose BCH. It has the best on chain scaling potential.

Having said that, BCH is still a shitcoin now, and not a Bitcoin system any more. Centralised checkpoints, DSV, CTOR and coming Avalanche are all changing how BCH works & ABC devs are traitors.

If they do, then they do. Last time they aimed to have mined a 32 MB block it turned out only 18MB was transmitted by the network, and the rest created by the miner of the block.
