Memo was too small when blocks=8mb but a programmatic approach with enough users (read: funds) could EASILY fill a 32mb block. Any mathematicians about to check cost and tx count?!
5/ I'd propose instead to beat the all-time-high-day's transaction count of 4406 transactions.
