Ok, fair enough. But why can't I withdraw? The withdraw button does nothing. Not even an error. Just resets the page.
Your balance must come from cancellations & ToS explains you must contact support in such cases for a manual refund.
What did #fivebucks.com do with BCH at the fork? I had some money there, now only BSV shows up, and I can't even withdraw it. Very suspicious.
Fivebucks converted all BCH balances to BSV. This was announced on Twitter as well
