Today we came home from a mini family vacation. Nothing dramatic happened, but I hope the kids remember it anyway. #dailymemo
They may not "remember" it as a specific memory, but every experience that they have will build their personality & character, so it's worth it to give them happy experiences.
I've deposited cash in friend's checking when they were low & they paid me back the same way. Of course they have to trust you to give you their checking acct #.
Sounds scary to give check acct # to stranger, but can't get money from my acct w/o ID. Guess they could use online to pay bill, but seems like they would be easily caugh & chargedt.

If seller or buyer raises dispute, either can unlock encrypted chat and bitcoin.com can review. Bitcoin.com, as escrow agent, has power to send BCH back to seller or to buyer.
The actual method of transferring fiat or whatever agreed exchange is (could be other things I imagine) is up to the buyer and seller. The categories are only to help search by buyer.
The seller can finalize escrow & send BCH to buyer if everything went as planned. What seller can't do is send BCH back to self. If dispute arises, then bitcoin.com gets involved

The seller & buyer agree in an encrypted chat on terms to transmit fiat or whatever. The buyer does what is agreed to & posts proof, such as receipt, or seller sees deposit bank.

From what I can tell, a special escrow TX is created. This TX has special properties in that once it's created, there are only a few actions that can be taken.

How can you split your BSV out of your memo wallet? When I split before, I moved BCH & BSV to completely separate wallets. But for Memo, I have to keep the same wallet to maintain my identity, n'est-ce-pas?
I thought BSV was going to implement replay protection. Maybe I can taint my BCH balance, transfer it out, then transfer it back in. I want to move my BSV out, but keep my BCH in memo.

who did they consult with before adding the checkpoints?
Themselves. It's their version. Don't like it, run a different version, or fork their version and remove it, or don't upgrade. My point is, the checkpoints haven't actually been used.
He claims that adding new checkpoints to the system after SN had added the first, "censored" the chain. But, if checkpoints weren't added, the chains would be exactly as they are now.
On reddit? I think there's no on-chain transaction except when funding it or withdrawing. For tipping on reddit, it's just Adam Back style "tabs". That's how the old one used to work.
