from what i got, it is used always, it just doesn't escalate to conflict solving; conflict solving for huge % of TXs would be WAAAYY more expensive resource-wise; `happy-path`

With all the dApps showing up, UTXO bloat is going to become a real thing. There needs to be a middle ground.
If it becomes an issue I assume miners will incentivize consolidation (perhaps with lower fees).
