Before we had separate key for the web, not it’s the same wallet. You should treat them as same wallet for all intents and purposes. Balance discrepancy was because your web wallet used new change address that old app wallet didn’t understand
You need to login with pass/mnemonic on the web to get merged wallet, otherwise use receive page on the web

For the reference: erc20 transfer is about $0.5, eth transfer is about $0.2. I like 20 inputs for erc20 :D
