Maybe are they censoring txs that go to exchanges addresses to sell, or txs which BCH counterpart used OP_DSV...
Either way, if they are censoring transactions at all then they have gone against one of the Core principles of Bitcoin.
They can handle the amount, so the miners must just be choosing not to process the transactions. They might want higher fees, or are censoring transactions. Unless there is some error.
