Basically anyone who's in bitcoin cash needs to start doing spend and replace to get the velocity moving. There's a lot of stagnant, speculative money just waiting for others to adopt.

The problem is when BCH pops up, BTC has to follow it or face death. So the banks who have intrest in Blockstream will chase it around with manipulation to keep miners from switching.
