We're moving into a world where the networks are fewer, weaker, and smaller, and get their strength from the larger and stronger nodes.
Corporate social media is already dead. Most people just don't know it yet.
When people say they trust the facts it usually means they trust the incentive structures around the people and processes by which facts are shared, since we almost never know things from firsthand experience.
Those incentive structures deserve scrutiny.
