Also, when it costs even a fraction of a penny to post, it drastically cuts down on spam and aggressive content. People will reconsider what they have to say when they have to pay.

#dailymemo implies that you use memo once a day. 'Memo Monday' implies that you use Memo all day on Monday which would be much more on-chain action than just once a day.
