So they want Bitcoin to be just a settlement layer, with expensive on-chain fee. So expensive that you can only settle big amounts. Nah, people will move to better settlement layers.

Reckless use of OP_CODES. Case has not been made. For CSW, larger blocks are obvious
I view Memo as a nice proof-of-concept, but long form / high volume storage will be better served by other blockchains or solutions long term, and then this tech will fade out. My 2c.
