"Many things are difficult", OK. But that does not show how a token's claim to have value can be substantiated. If it cannot, the masses will likely lose real money on them ("scams").
Value here would be any real (future or present) utility for the tokens. Real coins have "proven" scarcity and useful features for doing certain transactions (like money features)
You can always argue that other chains, in fact any chain, has its advantages. But BSV has stuff that no other chain has. Stable protocol, huge blocks, a sane vision to mention a few.
Or maybe I should be a bit more accurate. Many chains have a stable protocol because it is largely abandoned. I talk about real usage and stable protocol that likely can stay that way

How about this: CSW is compromised by the elite for a divide and conquer strategy (BCH vs BSV). So he both says/does a lot of crazy stuff and makes the technologically best chain on purpose
