When viewing txstreet, I am confused about how many btc blocks would be needed to clear the mempool. I know it can handle up to 4 megs, but I dont know how Segwit pending transactions
Perhaps it would be better if you had a number of buses waiting equal to the minimum number of blocks needed.

...they are hacked, they can "move" their profile to the backup address and ONLY that address. This could be their HW wallet, so we have convenience and security.
Better to register a master public seed, and rotate through each one. This way an account can be hacked multiple times and each time the user responds by looking up the next address
