yes, several pools have mined 8 MB blocks (viaBTC, BMG etc), not just today. but they aren't going beyond it, they have a soft cap.
Will the 10MB be accepted!?????
I hope that miners have their settings configured to go >8MB.Otherwise will be very disappointing
