There is no reason why patent offices in established public institutions could not integrate with the blockchain, especially with the evolution of a smart contract based app to help.

Yes, something like that. A config that would be an ignore-buster of sorts. Ideally this would be paid to the viewer(s) (or majority %). So could be opt-in for ads (for fee) as well.
@memo the above posts provoked a semi-insane feature idea... user controlled fee level to be shown posts (or ads) by larties they would not normally wish to see
