That is 8HP right there. Then the 1D4, 1D6, and two unarmed strikes of 1D4+3 each. :) Then a prepared arrow from the Ranger... Things are starting off well at least.
Also for this first sneak attack I will use 1 Ki point to add a second bonus strike using Flurry of Blows.

Okay, well here I guess I will take a ready action. Prepare for Luke's reaction to hearing the Paladin come in. If he reacts aggressively I will strike. If he seems innocent I wont.

I take a closer look at him to see what has changed about him.
I attempt to enter the room quietly, and hug the walls. I want to hide on a different wall then the entrance, so if the Paladins entrance is noisy, the attention won't be to my spot.

I follow Azulan, watching and ready.
I use the roots to climb back up. "Elfvis, Azulan, something is up here. Let's go."

I attempt to use the roots to lower myself down.
Let's say 30 feet behind them, using shadows cast the the Paladins torch to help me hide.
I attempt to sneak close behind Azulan and Elfvis.
I also look at the bones to the left to see if there is any disturbance. Trying to see a sign of which way Luke could have gone.
I follow the other two in. "Hmm, which path do we follow here gentlemen?"
