Using an OPCODE only valid on 1 proposal is one way. SV is free to reject it, but they claim they will instead steal the funds. That's their choice to steal them.
The faucet adds coins with DSV, which, if SV wasn't a bad actor, is enough to differentiate the coins, and therefore is one method of splitting them. The danger is SV stealing them.
SV is actively preventing a clean split from happening and threatening to steal split coins. I would place the bad faith on that side of things, not the services trying to separate the fork.
