Implement dev controls to bypass Nakamoto Consensus and you are left with a centralised coin that is no longer based on competition.
Even if BCH chain were to completely die, I think some people will still keep a copy of it around forever. Right now you can store the entire chain on a $20 drive.
Reviving it on another POW would also be very easy
Finally made the switch to BCH after extensive research. Traded all my remainder BTC for BCH today.

You'd have to split into multiple UTXOs in a previous block. An unconfirmed UTXO can only have 25 ancestors.
It was possible to have many more ancestors in previous implementations of Bitcoin. I wonder if any BCH devs / miners intend to push for a greater number again. I'd welcome it

Except in what they released there is no 128MB increase. They copied ABC and added a couple things.
Hence Alpha. The Beta will be released in next week
But at the time of the poll they hadn't even done that yet
Hence why it was said to base your vote on "public" knowledge. Everyone knew about the opcodes and 128MB fork

Although I support SV (aka: S's vision) BU have been the most mature about their approach to achieve consensus so they get my vote in this somewhat premature vote (given SV release)

Storage is a function of the fees. Long posts will pay more.
