I was watching the interview of this woman who was involved in getting the people behind Silk Road, by tracing money flow within BTC, and she mentioned how 99.9% of money laundering goes unpunished... this is because the bankers are the biggest money launderers, and they control the system so of course they can always get away with it... and Bitcoin changes this... they can't hide their money laundering any more... the only question is, will the law enforcement / government want to prosecute them ?
Also... to CULTIVATE something / someone... means you shape it / them to how it suits you, for your own benefit. There is much hidden secrets in terminology used, people just never paid attention to any of it... I would know... I never thought about all these things till few years ago...
