Sorry, the error message is inaccurate. This occurs due to limits on the number of ancestors in the mempool. Without multiple UTXOs, you can only have 25 actions per block.

Yes, mempool being wonky. Txns from 6am still getting confirmed. I thought memo DB had bad txns since they weren't getting confs, but old txns keep going through eventually.
