I think the first post should show up as the description with a Topic. It's tedious to scroll all the way to the top to see what the very first post was. Have it like right under the title
Post numbers (e.g. this might be post 100,561), this way we could have GET threads like some other message boards. Would inspire heavy posting in some topics and tips for luckiest users.

Do all data really have to be stored forever or could some tag for when, as in blocks from when created, it's ok to remove the data be set?
Each node that stores the blockchain can decide when to prune old data, but there will be 'archival' nodes, that store all the data, all the time.
If possible I think we should be able to set a time/blockcount for when content/data on chain posted can be removed. Miners/nodes may clean the Blockchain from that content, but it could still be kept by researchers.

Blockchain storage and forcing everyone to post in the clear are different problems. As with facebook, as memo gets easier to use, people will forget what they are doing

Yes Memo, please implement every Gamed Censor Function used in Traditional Media on Memo. So it can remain a Safe Space 4 profiles like @taowanzou. Gaymers ruin everything.
A feature that each individual user can use to mute spammers is a good thing! If someone is posting nonsense and you choose to censor it from your feed it remains in others & onchain.
